Summary: Mr. Paul Townsend, Calibration Lab Manager, presented a 20- minute overview demonstration of the system, use, and results of the fully-automated force calibration system. He showed that any operator can reliability reproduce a compliant NIST-level calibration of any load cell using the force calibration system. The force calibration system allows your calibration lab to provide its own protocols, or choose one that is ASTM or ISO-376 compliant as provided by Tovey Engineering. The software provides both control over any unwanted changes / modifications, as well as a large array of graphs, tables, and output of data for reporting. Best of all, it’s easy to setup, reliable, and completes a full calibration within 5 minutes.
